Where should I go when I arrive for my massage?
Laying on of Hands, LLC operates out of the home of Dana Gotte, LMT. When you arrive for your appointment, you can enter the white gate and proceed to the private entrance at the back of the home.
What should I do to prepare for my first session?
If it is your first session, please arrive 10Â minutes early to fill out your client forms. Wear comfortable clothes.
What should I expect during my massage?
You will be left alone in the private massage room to disrobe to your comfort level. You will be draped with clean linens during your session.

Do not be afraid to communicate. Our goal is that you are relaxed and comfortable. We want to know exactly what you need.
What should I expect after my massage?
You should feel relaxed after your massage. For a deep tissue massage, you may feel a little soreness. You can ice the affected area for 10-15 minutes, but stay away from the heat!
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards as a payment for services. All credit card purchases will be charged a 3% processing fee. Gift certificates are also available to purchase and must be surrendered at the time of your scheduled massage.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events or circumstances can arise. Our goal is to be fair to all clients by implementing the following:
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Your late arrival will require us to end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your time may be cut short. This time is reserved for you and only you when you make the appointment. If you arrive late, the full cost of the session scheduled will be charged.

In the event you cannot make your appointment, we require at least a 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

Any appointment that is cancelled with less then an 8-hour notice can only be rescheduled by paying a 50% deposit to hold the new appointment time.

If a second late show/no show/cancellation occurs without a valid reason, further bookings can only be made with a 100% deposit.
